This Privacy Policy explains what information Duesly ("we", "us", "our") collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using Duesly (the "Service"), you agree to the practices described here.
Account information: your name, business name, and email address when you sign up.
Client & invoice data: the client names, email addresses, invoice amounts, due dates, and related details you enter to use the Service.
Billing information: if you subscribe to a paid plan, payment details are collected and processed directly by our payment processor, Stripe — we don't store your card number ourselves.
Usage data: basic technical information like log-in timestamps and reminder-send activity, used for troubleshooting and to show you your own activity log.
We use the information you provide to operate the Service: storing your invoices and clients, sending reminder emails on your behalf on the schedule you configure, processing subscription payments, and providing customer support. We don't sell your data or your clients' data to third parties, and we don't use it for advertising.
We share data only with the service providers that power Duesly, and only as needed to run the Service:
Supabase — hosts our database (your account, client, and invoice data).
Resend — sends the reminder emails on your behalf.
Stripe — processes subscription payments and stores your payment method.
Vercel — hosts the application itself.
Each of these providers has its own privacy and security practices. We don't share your data with anyone else except where required by law.
We keep your account, client, and invoice data for as long as your account is active. If you close your account, we'll delete or anonymize your data within a reasonable period, except where we need to retain records for legal or accounting purposes (e.g. billing history).
You can access, update, or delete the client and invoice data in your account at any time from within the app. You can cancel your subscription from the Billing page. To request full account deletion, contact us using the email on your account.
We use industry-standard measures — encrypted connections, access controls, and reputable infrastructure providers — to protect your data. No system is 100% secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security, but we take reasonable steps to safeguard your information.
Duesly is a business tool and is not directed at, or intended for use by, children. We don't knowingly collect information from children.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll make a reasonable effort to let you know (e.g. by email or an in-app notice).
